"I employed Gareth's services to remove a garden path, to level and turf the area and to create a new path elsewhere. Gareth came to our house discuss the job. He was friendly and approachable. He listened to our plan and even added (better) ideas too. He also suggested keeping costs down by trying to reuse materials and using alternative waste disposal methods. We received a written quote stipulating all materials (unit and total costs) and labour costs. A start date was arranged and Gareth was prompt commencing the job. Gareth encountered problems (out of our control) but he communicated well and altered plans as needed. The job only took a day longer than estimated even with all the problems.
